Aubergine with meat and mozzarella




Ingredients:
2 aubergines
500g ground pork meat
Mozzarella
Spring onion
Paprika
Black pepper
Garlic powder

 

Direction:
Cut aubergines in two pieces. Put halves on baking tray. Mix ground meat with cutted spring onion and add paprika, black pepper and garlic powder. Fill the aubergines with meat and top the aubergine with mozzarella.













On the side I used baked potatoes with spring onion, cheese and corn.
