Strawberry gugelhupf

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup of sugar

½ cup of flour

2 strawberry pudding powder

1 cup of milk

1 tbsp of oil

Raising powder

Cocoa powder

Icing sugar

Direction:

Whisk the eggs and blend them with granulated sugar. Add strawberry pudding powder, flour, milk, oil and raising powder and blend together.

 

 

 

Fill the form with 2/3 of the dough. Add cocoa powder to the rest of dough, blend together and fill the form with the last 1/3 of dough.

 

Bake for aproximately one hour and 150°. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
